What we collect, and what we don't.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. The only personal information it handles is what you type into the enquiry form.

Privacy policy
This is a working draft. It describes accurately what this website does with personal information, because it was written against the code. The highlighted gaps below are details only you hold — fill them in, and have the result checked by someone qualified before you rely on it. It is not legal advice.
1. Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by [registered business name], trading as Vyomatrics Digital, at [registered business address].
For anything to do with your personal information, write to contact@vyomatrics.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on the contact page. That is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you give one — the field is optional
- Your company or business name, if you give one
- The project type and timeline you select
- The plan you are interested in, if you arrive from the pricing page
- Whatever you write in the message field
- The date and time you agreed to this policy
We do not ask for and have no way to receive payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive category of information through this website. Please do not put them in the message field.
3. What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording, and it stores nothing in your browser. There is no account to create and no profile built about you. If you never use the enquiry form, we never learn anything about you at all.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enquiry, reply to it, and carry on that conversation if it leads somewhere. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not profile it, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
The basis for handling it is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us about work. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
5. Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered by a third-party form service, FormSubmit, which receives what you send and forwards it to our inbox. It reaches our email provider, [email provider, e.g. Google Workspace]. Both process it on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
Separately, this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and basic browser information, as any request to any server does. We receive none of that data ourselves.
Links to Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded from them, so they learn nothing about you unless you click through.
Beyond those, nobody. We do not share enquiries with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party, and we will only disclose information if the law actually requires it of us.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that turn into work are kept for as long as we are working together and for [retention period, e.g. 7 years] afterwards, to meet tax and contractual record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after [retention period, e.g. 24 months]. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent, and you can ask for your information in a portable form. Write to contact@vyomatrics.com and we will respond within [response time, e.g. 30 days].
If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you these rights and the right to nominate someone to exercise them on your behalf. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you equivalent rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
8. Grievance officer
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are required to name someone you can bring a complaint to. That is [grievance officer name], reachable at [grievance officer email]. We will acknowledge any complaint within [acknowledgement period].
9. Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Once it arrives it lives in our email, protected by the access controls of the providers named above. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not keep enquiry data anywhere it does not need to be.
10. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top of it. Material changes to how we use your information will be notified to anyone whose enquiry we still hold.
12. Contact
Questions about any of the above go to contact@vyomatrics.com.
